šŸŽ™ļøHow I’d scale a company from $0 to $500K+ with creators who own It

Breakfast Club but make it founders + creators with actual skin in the game

We’re living in a golden age of creators.

They’re trusted. They’re plugged in. They shape culture.

And most brands still treat them like glorified billboards.

It’s lazy. It’s transactional. And frankly?

It’s a waste of time.

Because the real game isn’t paying creators to talk about your brand.

It’s building the brand with them.

Give them a seat at the table.

Better yet, give them a piece of the damn table.

So… let’s say I had to start a company from 0 today with creators next to me.

No hype. No funding. Just a product idea and Wi-Fi that works 70% of the time.

šŸ“† WHAT WE WILL HIT ON THIS WEEK:

  • The exact 5-step playbook to build your own Breakfast Club of creators with skin in the game.

  • How @doctor.gonzalez is building a health media empire.

  • Three creator deals worth watching (from Nami Matcha's $1M+ to MrBeast's basketball stream)

  • Andy's back to answer the hard questions about creator equity

Let’s make it real. We’ll even give it a name: DiscoverLLM.

It’s a (fake but totally buildable) SEO tech tool for founders.

Designed to help new companies show up in the future of search—inside LLMs, AI overviews, chat-based interfaces, all that good post-Google stuff.

Here’s the actual playbook I’d run:

Step 1: Pick the problem

Founders don’t know how to show up in ChatGPT or Google's AI Overviews.

SEO feels broken. And it’s going through a lot of changes.

We make a tool that helps them see how and where their brand shows up in LLMs—and what to do about it.

Step 2: Partner with founding creators

We’re not hiring creators. We’re building with them.

We bring in the big guys of SEO: Jake and Rob Hoffman.

Not as affiliates, but as founding creators.

They help shape the product, help define the brand, and own a piece of the upside.

Founding creators = part cofounder, part evangelist, part strategist—with built-in distribution.

So yeah—skip the discount code.

Give them a slice of the table.

Step 3: Lock in the dev team

We don’t spend 6 months validating. We launch dirty, learn in public, and iterate fast.

Step 4: Run a LinkedIn B2B casting call

We put out an open call for B2B creators who want in.

Join the Creator Advisory Board. Get equity. Help build the roadmap.

We build a community of middle class creators who will have equity.

Step 5: Launch small. Think loud.

We go live with 5 lighthouse clients in Q4 2025.

Use them as case studies, iterate live, let the creators lead the story.

By Q1 2026, we’re onboarding founders every week—with a creator-led funnel that doesn’t look like a funnel.

So this should clarify how creators aren’t just distribution.

They’re product, positioning, community, and trust—in one person.

Give them equity, and they’ll build the whole thing with you.

That’s how I’d scale from $0.

Andy's here. Waiting to answer the questions you're afraid to ask in public (and yeah, he's actually NOT a paid spokesperson but our network of badass execs open to answering questions...for free).

Every week, Andy's ready to tackle the real shit that keeps founders up at night. No sugarcoating, no PC answers – just the truth.

Andy's sitting here with his mustache twitching, ready to drop knowledge bombs about creator equity that would cost you thousands with a consultant.

So drop your questions below. About valuations, term sheets, creator contracts, whatever keeps you up at 3am. The more uncomfortable, the better.

He loves this country and wants to bet on what makes it great – ownership and the generational wealth it creates.

He wants you to win, but he wants you to have fun doing it.

Got a question for Andy šŸ˜‰? Drop it here — nothing is off limits. Trust us, he’ll GET the answer.

Found this valuable? Don't hoard the knowledge.
